Job Description:

We are seeking an Experienced Parts Associate to join our team. As an Experienced Parts Associate, you will leverage your industry knowledge to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service.


Responsibilities:

  • Extend a warm welcome and offer expert assistance to customers.
  • Provide in-depth guidance and recommendations on parts and accessories tailored to the specific needs of each customer.
  • Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts department.
  • Expertly identify, locate, and source parts and accessories.
  • Efficiently process customer orders and transactions.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and phone calls with professionalism and expertise.
  • Collaborate closely with service technicians to expedite and fulfill parts orders accurately.
  • Execute precise inventory management, including restocking and routine counts.
  • Stay current with the latest product knowledge and industry trends.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in powersports parts sales or a closely related field (automotive, marine, agriculture, outdoor power equipment, small engine, etc.)
  • An interest and/or understanding of powersports vehicles, parts, and accessories.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Physical capability to lift and transport heavy parts when required.
  • A positive and collaborative attitude combined with a genuine passion for providing an excellent customer experience.
